I have a shopping cart that has PayPal built in - so customers are taken through to their PayPal accounts when they select this method of payment in my cart. Payments process correctly through my PayPal account - but on completion, PayPal directs them to a confirmation page.
Unfortunately, I need PayPal to dump the user back on my shopping cart confirmation page - carrying the relevant data through. This is because the order confirmation emails (to me and to my customer) are triggered by this confirmation page. At the moment, these emails are not generating - and the order is not being finalised on my site, because the customer never reaches my checkout confirmation page.
Does anyone know of a way to tell PayPal to use my shopping cart's confirmation page, instead of just using its own confirmation page, which isn't 'completing' the order within my site?
