Buying doesnt work.

How come I can't buy something that is $10? It says "This transaction amount is greater than your available PayPal balance. To complete purchase, please add a credit or debit card." but then when I check my balance I have $14...

I'm getting the same message. I have over $150 in paypal buyer credit available. I went to buy my graphics card on newegg...and i couldnt. I tried a smaller item...and it wouldnt work....

Sounds lke you both reached your life time spending limit.

Log into you paypal account and near the top left side of the page what does it say about your spending limit.

You usuall have to add a bank account to release the limit
