I have sold an item on ebay ( I'm a rookie to this) and one of the messages says "awaiting payment" so then I click on that and it says "claim your payment" and when I click on that it takes me to paypal, however when I log onto paypal it shows no transactions in my history. I just don't want my buyer to be waiting on me to send the item and I'm thinking they haven't paid for it yet? Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
Sounds like you have a typo in the paypal payment area when you listed the item.
Go to the auction page and start to relist the item (don't completer it), and see if you have a e-mail typo in the paypal payments area. If so you will have to have the buyer cancel the payment and send an invoice.
