Hi guys.please can you help.

 

i ordered a new battery for my laptop. I didnt receive any email after i ordered the item, they just took the money. So I opened a dispute and and emailed the seller a few days later my battery arrived. But it's the wrong model and doesnt work on my lap top. it's very tight and it doesnt work. 

 

I emailed the seller and they just say it's no problem it wil fit and work. 

 

I want to escalate the dispute through paypal but it the resolution centre doesnt give me the option to escalate? 

 

please can you help me. thanks.

If you had no money in your Paypal account and paid with your credit card, just contact your card company and ask for a chargeback. Beware of PP's dispute tutorial it does not give full information.

Thanks for the info. It is really appreciated. I paid with my debit card which is registered to my paypal account.
