Unfortunately I sold some ITunes gift cards and when I had received the money into my Paypal account at the beginning of February, the buyer Whatsapped me. After a friendly chat, I sent photos of the codes on the back of the cards. I assume these were then redeemed.
I have now had an 'unauthorised claim' and Paypal look set to pay this low life her money back.
Anyone have any suggestions, other than telling me I am a fool!?

Unfortunately you have 0 seller protection with paypal for 'virtual' items, you can sell them but at your own risk
