Hi. We just sold something on ebay. The buyer claimed he had paid but payment did not show against the item in ebay. Just checked PayPal and it now seems we have received payment twice. I have now refunded one of the payments through PayPal. Ebay still shows item as unpaid.
I’m now a bit nervous - buyer has zero feedback and is located overseas. Should I send the item or could this be some elaborate scam where he will be able to make a chargeback on my account at a later date (after we have posted the item). It will be shipped through ebay’s Global Shipping Programme.
