Hello,

So i'm pretty new to the scene so hopefully any experienced people can help me to do whats best.

So i have 4 charge back claims through ebay for XBOX live online 12 month codes which i have proof i purchased and sent directly to each seller. Now these 4 buyers are claiming they never paid for it and have basically charged back and i've contacted xbox have proof that all the voucher codes have been used that i sent to them.

I've got proof of where i've also purchased it if that helps and the conversation through the ebay account of some of the chargeback accounts.

Now im not sure what chances i have and what can be done?

Kind Regards

All help will be amazing.

And i've decided to stop selling gift card sort of things online.

Hi Custy Shop,

Thank you for posting your question in our community.

I understand that chargebacks have been filed for 4 transactions. When a chargeback is filed, it means that the card owner contacted their card issuer about the payment. In most cases this means that the card was stolen or used without permission from the owner. We will do our best to fight against the chargebacks with the information we receive from you. In the end it is the credit card company that decides the outcome.

I am very sorry to inform you that the XBOX live codes are not protected under our seller protection. This will mean that we are not able to cover the loss when we lose the chargeback. You can find more information in the next link: https://goo.gl/4biFrT.

I am very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
