So basically 3 months ago i sold a ps4 on depop 2 days after it arrived the person said the console was making a noise and a game didn't work even though there was nothing wrong with either I offered a full refund but he said he wanted to keep the PlayStation but wanted a refund on the game so I refund £20 for the game , 3 months on I have had no messages from buyer about any issues but open my PayPal to see he is claiming the ps4 is damaged and Opened a dispute ? What 3 months later and guess what PayPal have told him if he returns the damaged ps4 they will refund him ?Even though it was in perfect working order 3 months ago !What is that how it works now u can play on a ps4 for 3months then just return it and get a refund whenever suits , I told PayPal it will be returned damaged and what am I meant to do resell a broken ps4 that someone has done whatever with in the last 3 months PayPal told me wait until it arrives if it is damaged then get a police number and ring them back for a refund to my account , will this happen , might go and buy a ps4 from a store then go and get a refund 3 months later after playing on it claiming its damaged is that how y'all at PayPal are rolling bloody shambles if you ask me
