So recently i got scammed over an account i tried to purchase, I got promised the account for many weeks but still never received it. Luckily i sent the money through business just incase this would happen. As i have waited so long the seller was able to remove his bank and his payment cards (VISA) from his paypal so he now has no form of payment on his account. I have filed a dispute and its under review, i am just wondering if its still possible for me to win this dispute and also if the money will end up in the seller being in the negatives. Thankyou.
