I have decided that PayPal do not give a **bleep** about sellers!
I have an open case, buyer bought and paid for item, within 20 minutes PayPal put a hold on the payment:-
"A review of recent transactions indicates that you might have received a payment that the PayPal account holder did not authorise."
So I reply, I also email buyer direct, he replies that it was the FRAUD DEPT but it is now sorted and as far as he is concerned he has paid for item.
This has now gone on for 10 days, I have used the online contact form twice and even tried that STUPID Louise. So far I have had no reply from PayPal.
I had an email from NOCHEX offering me a free merchant account - oh how it looks very tempting.
I suppose it is too much to hope that anyone from (that is if there is such a thing) PayPal actually reads these posts and responds!!!!!!

I understand that this recent process may have been an inconvenience for you. This may happen from time to time and we would request information from you as the seller in regards to the item that you have posted to your buyer.
If you have provided this information to us through your account, your case may be currently waiting to be reviewed by a member of the relevant department who investigate these transactions. To be honest, these types of cases can sometimes be under investigation for up to 10 days or so from when the payment was placed under investigation.
We would contact you via email with an update as soon as the case has been reviewed and we have more information for you.
