when a payment is "pending", it isnt in your paypal account OR in your bank. so where is it? i`ll tell you where.....its all collected in a secret paypal account ,where they collect massive interest on it,and having that liquid cash floating in there account ups the share price on the stockmarkets.so while youre waiting desperatly for that payment you really need,paypal are profiting.all of this stuff about verification is nonsense,they couldnt give a monkeys.
