Firstly, if the withdrawal is showing a status of Completed on your PayPal account, it would mean that the funds have left the PayPal system and there could be a delay with your bank processing the payment to your account.
If a payment has been placed on hold and you have received positive feedback from your buyer, the funds should be released to your PayPal balance within 24 hours or so. If the funds haven't been released within this timeframe, you should try contacting customer services and we can have the funds released as soon as we can see that positive feedback has been left by your buyer.
