Hi, I've just been sent money for a sale and there's a notice which says that the payment is being held for security reason, etc.
I've tried searching the help but can't find anything that tells me how to see the pending balance - as I'd like to confirm that the buyer has paid the right amount before I send the goods tomorrow morning.
I've got the same problem, can't find the "payment" anywhere and the buyer is saying to ship to a different address in Florida. Purposely have been waiting for my payment to send so I still have my item. Any help?
I also have the same issues. Got the same email. But mine is a buyer in Texas. I refuse to send til I see payment , he said I was unhuman an need to trust more. Ha not.
