Hi. I recently brought something off a website I shop at all the time. Unfortunately I got charged twice for the transaction through PayPal. I think it must be an error. The problem is I didn't have enough money in my bank account to pay for the TWO payments. I phoned the bank up to explain the situation. As I would have got.charged £25 for just being overdrawn. They agreed to cancel the extra payment from going through. What happens to that extra payment now? I keep in contact with the seller all the time. Ive also emailed PayPal to explain the situation.
