I've been using ECWID for a month now and it's all been fine. Today, an order came through from a customer and although I could see the pre set postage charge on the sub total of the first item (it should have been £1 and it came up at £4.99), it's not been charged to the customer in the total. As the order is only valued at £9 I'm going to lose my entire markup on postage! Has anyone experienced this? How do I stop it happening again?
