can not move money from a/c to paypal

i have bean happy with papal have a confirmed a/c for a long time now 20004 bean moveing money from bank to my paypal so i have money in my wallet for  ebay  but i have tryed many times and it will not let me can you look into it four me please

i dont have a fbook ac there to easy to hack can you email me the info pls i did get an email of you saying wots on hear i just dont understand all these years no problem and now it wont work ac numbers are still the same and there's money in there dont you wont my money now ?

this is silly now

wots going on it still wont let me move any money from my bank to my paypal a/c i have money in bank and paypal

have been verified sins 2004 had no problem all these years but the last few months it will not work what have you dun can
