awaiting confirmation email

I have made a payment, and have my transaction ID, but have have not recieved my

Confirmation email.

This was almost 24hours ago now. Is it usual to wait this long?

If you give us a quick call toll free by clicking 'contact us' at the bottom of your account, we will happily locate the payment for you and resend the confirmation email!

You should get the email notification shortly after you complete the transaction.  Sometimes there are system glitchs which affects sending the emails, nothing you can do about that.  As long as you have a record of the transaction in your account history, it's usually not a big issue, just an inconvenience.

OK, thank you for your reply.

 

My only concern is that my purchase was for some festival tickets, for which i now do not have a receipt.

I will just have to hope that there was no problem with the transaction as they do not post the tickets out until a week or so before the festival, which is in September, and they usually sell out around December/January.

 

Is there no way the receipt can be mailed to me again?

Because i would hate to have spent that amount of money for my family, and myself only to find out we have nothing.

I followed pay_pal connor's instructions by contacting them and they resolved the problem there and then.

i don't know my id or password to enter the bill me later site and i haven't got any email to help with this problem.

I have registered with PayPal. Done all the basics things that I needed to do such as verification code. Now I must put a confirmation email number on the computer which have not recieved. Please help PayPal!
