Hi, so I recently had a transaction with this guy on depop that sells shoes. After sending the money, I found out that this guys sells fake shoes. Luckily I had the time to cancel the transaction. The problem here is that it says that my money has been refunded, but it hasn't came back to my balance yet. Does it take more that one day for paypal to give it back or do i need to contact the seller? please answer as I'm only new to using paypal.
If you used a bank account to make the payment it can take a few days for the funds to appear in your PayPal balance as we need to wait for the original payment to process from your bank. If you used a card the refund will return back to that card, again this will take a few days to appear on your card statement.
