hi so someone opened a dispute against me a few days ago. But since Im not really sure how dispute works, i just want to ask some advice as the buyer described my items as "not as described" and "unauthentic", when clearly i gave him all the information that proves that the items were authentic. In the dispute, i showed proof that i sent him the details that he wanted, to show that the item were authentic but he keep saying that the paypal are gonna be on his side, although he is lying. Im so scared as i read that this is one of their tricks in order to keep the original products and return a fake one, while being fully refunded by the seller. Hi guys so 2 weeks ago, I "bought" a ps4 game on this website called depop. I did not know that the seller was a scammer and i paid using my paypal. As soon as I paid it, he deleted his account and now I cannot get my money back. I tried to report this problem to paypal but everytime I clicked the transaction and report it, it always says unable to open a claim for this transaction. Hi, so I recently had a transaction with this guy on depop that sells shoes. After sending the money, I found out that this guys sells fake shoes. Luckily I had the time to cancel the transaction. The problem here is that it says that my money has been refunded, but it hasn't came back to my balance yet. Does it take more that one day for paypal to give it back or do i need to contact the seller? please answer as I'm only new to using paypal. ... View more
