Can I stop a pay pal payment. The item i received following an auction was not the item described on ebay. I bid and won the auction for a northern ireland 2 pound coin  commonwealth games 2002- i was sent the england commonwealth games coin.the seller has not yet replied to my requestsent on the 16th september for a refund. any help would be appreciated

You have up to 180 days post payment to open up a dispute for item received but not as described via the resolution centre in your paypal account.

If you have to send it back then i hope you activated the below link before the transaction.
