Am I being ripped off

I need help a guy bought an item from me and money was deducted from his account it was PayPal 2 bank transfer now apparently it's been deducted twice and I've to send one lot bk before they release the full amount to my bank (I don't agree with this ) can anyone help me as I sent the item and sent proof of postage etc as asked

Paypal DO NOT do paypal > bank account transfers.

You can only do a paypal > paypal transfer and then when the funds are showing in your paypal account balance you can then withdraw it to any linked and confirmed bank account.

Paypal would NEVER tell you to refund a buyer ANY amount unless the funds are actually showing in your paypal account balance, even if they are pending under the new seller hold they would still be showing in your paypal balance.

You are being scammed, if you have no paypal balance you have not been paid and your paypal emails are spoofs.

Thanx for replying the thing is I never had a PayPal account I made this one to try get some help is there any way of privately chatting so I can try sort this nonsense x
