Ways to contact customer services.

1. You can click on help / contact and use the message centre option in the blue band at the top of the page.
2. You can click on help / contact and use the phone option in the blue band top of the page.
3. You can send them a p.m via their Facebook page @ www.facebook.com/PayPal
4. You can send them a p.m via their Twitter page @ AskPayPal for Twitter
5. You can use the message centre in your paypal account.

1. No you cant it just brings you to a page of "any answers"

2. No you cant, there is no phone option in my blue band

3. I doubt it but not being in facebook cant tell. But you are telling me I need to use another giant internet company to contact another, cant see that working?

4. Sorry I don't twitter either But again you are telling me I need to use another giant internet company to contact another, cant see that working?

5. No you can't, especially if they wrongly close your Paypal account and you want to speak to them and resolve the matter.

Sorry 1 to 5 don't work any other suggestions?

Paypal refuses to communicate with me, my accountant forgot to file my limited company house return stating no change in directors details and company house issued an open warning that they would close the company if the return was not made, the accountant immediately issued the return and the warning was revoked and everything went back to normal. However, despite 100% record for many years Paypal shut my account with no warning and I can find no way to contact them to discuss the matter and point out that there is provably no problem with my company. Its getting really really bad, Government departments, Banks, all the communications companies, in fact anyone who does not have to or want to answer to their individual customers refuse to communicate. My company is involved in electronic security and actually care for our customers, we have a person available 24 hrs a day 52 weeks a year to answer the phone for any emergencies, it make me mad how these billion pound companies care so little for the people who put the money in their pockets.

Sorry but i am in the UK as well, and have just 'done' what I posted in a reply to you and I have all those options very clearly in the blue band at the top.

But if you are getting only answers try scrolling to the VERY bottom of that page and there would be a call us option.

As for options 3 / 4 then that is the advice the paypal moderators give you to contact them ie a PERSONAL MESSAGE via Facebook or Twitter.

When I first needed to contact them I took 5 minutes to open a Facebook page and send them a message but if you can't be bothered thats your call, all I can do is give you the options.

1-5 do work, I have posted that advice for the past 5 years and everyone else has managed.
