I never ran across this before, maybe one of you has.
Situation;
Sold 2 SSD drives totaling approx $350
Customer complained that ie drive model number did not match, although the same capacity, form, fit and function.
Sent replacement drive and instead of returning the one he didn't want, I gave him a 50% discount.
He now has three drives.
Opens up a dispute with PayPal because one of the drives model numbers didn't match (the one I discounted)
PayPal awards him the dispute and runs my account negative by .......negative $350
I add funds to cover the PayPal negative..........................................Balance $0
....... buyer never returns the drives
........buyer now has my $350 and my three drives
........I had a few words with the buyer, didnt go well
........Buyer now calls his credit card company and disputes the $350 that he put on his credit card.
........PAYPAL debits my account again for $350
Buyer now has three drives and $700.......................... All this is one TRANSACTION
