Refunds

I have a refund that is either pending or refunded, but it's not reflected on the balance of my PayPal account nor my bank balance. Why is that?

Hi @jacksonkip,

 

Hope you are doing fine.

Every refund usually go back to the funding source you've used for the original purchase (e.g. your credit card or bank). 

If your refund status is pending, it means the seller issued the refund using money from their bank which has not cleared yet. This process takes 3-5 business days to complete.

Once completed or refunded, you may have your original funding source check for an incoming deposit. Though again, some may take couple of days to be posted depending on your card issuer's billing cycle and time frame.
