Having used PayPal for over twenty five years its time to leave my feedback on that experience. PayPal became a crucial tool for me in 2000 because other merchants would take 30 days to pay remittance. Imagine that as an internet nomad. I have been more than happy to use PayPal. However recently the service has become more negative compared with the first 20 years. Firstly in the manner of American giant companies extra fees have been squeezed out of Joe Bloggs. Firstly a $15 charge for disputes followed by handing over the fee (profit) on transactions that became refunds. This month the user friendliness has become painful. Today I had to receive a phone password to access my account and 30 seconds later another phone password simply to send money to my bank account. Sort it out!
