Paypal is being ridiculous for blocking my accounts.. I haven’t asked for any application and have paid so much transfer fee and you just block my account for no reason.. Just feel like PayPal is becoming cocky… Betray the quote that protects user’s benefit. Never mind I will go for another payment.
