Refunded with minutes

Hi. I sent a payment to someone to purchase an item but within minutes it was refunded. The seller said their Paypal account was “limited” and they have refunded me and could I send to another Paypal account. This sounds like a scam to me. Any ideas please?

If you are not happy with the transaction then don't go ahead.

We can't advise as we know nothing about who you are purchasing from or which company etc.

It’s supposedly a private individual. Her FB profile shows she had only joined the group a few days ago and there’s not much on it (I know you can hide stuff on your profile) but I’m a little dubious as the transaction was refunded really quickly.
