It’s supposedly a private individual. Her FB profile shows she had only joined the group a few days ago and there’s not much on it (I know you can hide stuff on your profile) but I’m a little dubious as the transaction was refunded really quickly.  ... View more

Hi. I sent a payment to someone to purchase an item but within minutes it was refunded. The seller said their Paypal account was “limited” and they have refunded me and could I send to another Paypal account. This sounds like a scam to me. Any ideas please?  ... View more
