In the resolution centre there were two tabs, one of which was for eBay cases.
Does anyone know how to find those cases, I have one that is currently with the Ombudsman and all the information has gone from the resolution centre.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
