NEVER close a dispute until you have a cleared refund or your item.
If and only if your seller issued a refund then it would take time to clear from her bank account to paypal and then they would issue it to you.
BUT it could equally and more likely be that she wants you to close the dispute and then she can ignore you.
If you have not already done so then ESCALATE the dispute to a claim and let paypal deal with it for you.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
