Cancel pending payment

Alright so, i have three pending payments that DO NOT have the cancel option. I only had meant to send one of the payments the other two were duplicates. They were sent the 4th of this month and never had a cancel option to them. I know they take away the cancel option after some time. It has NOT been 30 days since payment has been sent. Can someone please explain to me what the H is going on and why i cant cancel those pending payments? I've already emailed paypal about it but havent gotten a response yet... Is there anything i can do to get those payments canceled and taken off my summary?

When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual) IF THAT IS WHAT YOU HAVE DONE, then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.

If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment. However the money would be pending in your funding source ie bank account / card, so if you contact them and state the funds will not be required they should be able to release them back to your available balance again.
