Refund

I've been refunded for an item unavailable, but I also paid postage and this is not refunded. How do I claim for excessive postage, the trader isn't bothered to reply. Do I have to pay postage and packing on something I'm not going to get?

If you did not get a full refund then you 'should' be able to file for non receipt of item to recoup the difference.

I would open a dispute and go from there.

Cheers, I haven't received any items yet just a part refund one of them. If I ordered just the other item the post/packing would be £2 cheaper as it is only a tiny little **bleep**. I wait a bit then claim.
