Paypal Claim Specialist?

Hi there,
I received a 'not as described item' from a seller. I went through Paypal for a refund and escalated the claim when the seller did not respond.
Paypal said the case was in my favour and I would receive a refund when I sent the item back.
I paid £11.00 for next day delivery via the Royal Mail and all was fine. I checked my status and I now see 'your case is being reviewed by a case specialist'. Will I get the refund or won't I? Paypal originally said I would once I returned the item - however that status has now changed to 'reviewed by a case specialist'.
Anyone had this experience or know what this means?

Hi LegallyBlonde17,
Please do not worry. When you see the status "your case is being reviewed by a case specialist" it means that our team are reviewing the details. If you were requested to return an item then we would review the tracking information provided. Once we can confirm that the item has been returned to your seller a refund can be issued. Keep an eye on your emails as once the case is reviewed you will be updated via email.
Please keep us posted on what happens as it may help other members.
