Hi there, I received a 'not as described item' from a seller. I went through Paypal for a refund and escalated the claim when the seller did not respond. Paypal said the case was in my favour and I would receive a refund when I sent the item back. I paid £11.00 for next day delivery via the Royal Mail and all was fine. I checked my status and I now see 'your case is being reviewed by a case specialist'. Will I get the refund or won't I? Paypal originally said I would once I returned the item - however that status has now changed to 'reviewed by a case specialist'. Anyone had this experience or know what this means?
