Is 0800 587 0463 a genuine PayPal number? "Roy" just called and asked for me by name, then asked me for my account email for security. Told him that I would call back - and did so on phone number on site. Lost the will to live trying to navigate through the automated menu on phone.
Thank you, I should have said that I did a reverse lookup already, with inconclusive results. This number is still calling, and on calling back, I get an apparently genuine Paypal automated menu which is practically impossible to navigate to get hold of a real person. I have complained directly* and will wait and see what comes back.
