PayPal Resolution Centre - New case not appearing

I've tried several times to open a new case.

 

Each time it appears to be successful and I get this message: "We've opened your case Your account changes have been sent to Customer Service for review. They will follow up with you as soon as possible. Thanks for helping to make the PayPal community more secure. Because your password was reset, you'll need to log in again to continue using PayPal."

 

I log in again but the Resolution Centre still shows 0 cases. 

 

Am I doing something wrong? Is there a delay before new cases appear?
