Hi @Falkenburg   They can only request further payment if you set up a billing agreement or subscription with them. But you would need to agree to this when making the initial payment . If you are asked to agree to terms and conditions it is best to read these before confirming. You can cancel any such pre-approved payment agreement as follows https://www.paypal.com/uk/smarthelp/article/how-do-i-cancel-an-automatic-payment-i-have-with-a-merchant-faq2058?app=searchAutoComplete.  So most individual donations are not linked to such billing agreements and once you confirm the payment it cannot be altered.   I hope this answers you query.   Martin   ... Hi @dmz30 and @Leeshean,   Welcome to our Community.   As you are both in different regions the option are not the same. @dmz30 , it would appear you do not have any funds to transfer. You need to receive payments on your account to transfer (withdraw) to your card.  This explained on the Ukrainian homepage https://www.paypal.com/ua/webapps/mpp/home.  @Leeshean - there are several options in Philippines to withdraw funds, you can use your local bank, eligible credit or debit card, GCash and Paymaya offer options to transfer funds out of PayPal.     If you have both funds available and still cannot withdraw funds out of you account, please reach out to our Customer Support, using the option in the Help section of your account.   Thanks   Martin   ... Hi @Falkenburg   Basically, in this case it depends on where the recipient (charity) is based. At the moment it is only possible to receive and send personal payments on Ukrainian PayPal accounts, using our friend and family payment options. So this would indicate the charity you are considering is not based Ukraine but in a another country collecting for this cause. As there are so many charities collecting for this , it can be very confusing and you are right to be cautious. You can always check the charity online, most countries have charity registers one can check. I can see you are based in the UK, you can check the Charity Commission website.  If you are still unsure , I would suggest you choose a well known charity to give yourself peace of mind.  You can also donate using our PayPal Giving Fund, which has many charities registered who are helping out with Humanitarian causes in Ukraine. this is explained here https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/givingfund/home. Hi @Dahl14,   Welcome to our Community!   I am sorry to see this has happened, Normally, it should return to your bank if the amount cannot be allocated in a shorter period as mentioned usually after 3-4 business days. If the funds have still not been allocated to your actual bank account by your bank, it is only after 30 days will we request officially a trace for the payment to your bank. . Your bank can also try to recall the payment in order to locate the missing amount.    You will find more information on adding funds to German PayPal accounts here   Thanks   Martin       ... Hi @glenn_n   Welcome to our Community and thank you for your post!   As this would appear to be a bank funded transaction processed by PayPal linked to a payment to Coinbase. It should be easy to locate on your account. Please note a bank account can only be used on one account as a funding source. Please check your activity section and click on the details for each recent transaction to Coinbase , at least all payments from 5 -7 day prior to the date the payment left your bank account. It could be that you had a balance on the PayPal account and the bank was used to cover the difference in a payment made to Coinbase. You also have the option to download you transaction history in this section of your account for more clarity,   If you still cannot locate the payment please reach out to Customer Support using the option found in the Help section of your account.    Thanks   Martin ...
