Non-arrival of refund by Argos

An Argos store issued me with a PayPal Refund Form, with a reference number, on 6th December 2017.

This refund has failed to arrive in my account.

The store manager tells me to contact PayPal but, todate, I can't seem to fimnd the right way to get any action.

Any ideas please??

I went through the same process and still no refund after 7 days. The assistant in Argos told me it could take up to 20 days and if I still hadn't received it,they would phone Paypal for me if I wanted. Any luck yet?

I know this not helping,but still no Argos refund after over a month. I went to Argos for help,who said I would have to contact PayPal. PayPal started a claim for me,but they went off on completely the wrong tangent and were asking me to send the item back with tracking evidence. Hmm,I took the item back to Argos a month ago and as far as they are concerned,they have issued the refund. Unless my refund shows up soon,I won't be using PayPal again.
