How do I send PayPal files backing up my story about an item that I bought and it was broken, the dispute has been raised and its being decided by paypal and i have collated evidence and am unsure were to send it.
If you have filed a dispute through your account, you should have an option to upload or attach documents through the Resolution Centre page on your PayPal account.
If you upload the documentation through your Resolution Centre on your account, our claims team will then review the documents and contact you back via email with an update.
