I am sell software Buyer opened Dispute and paypal from me take buyer money paid.   What happens after 30 if I am not  escalating this disput. My dispute money return me or return to buyer...

You can ask PayPal to investigate by escalating this dispute to a claim anytime between11/10/2015 10:12 PST and 11/30/2015 10:47 PST.

If the buyer or you do not escalate the dispute to a claim then it times out and you should get your money back.

BUT surely it says 20 days as that is the normal time a buyer has to escalate a dispute?
