I have lost so many disputes when I was truely telling the truth. Its unfair how I provided more evidence in my favor. I am a Verified user but to them, I believe that doesn't mean anything. So people are disputing and trying to claim an unauthorized transaction. I got like 3-4 unauthorized transactions already. Doesn't the dispute center notice that there can be no way it was an unauthorized transaction if 1. They don't have a subscription with me. 2. I do not hack? I am really disappointed and wanted to know if it was just be being treated this way.

If you are losing that many disputes you will want to read over the PayPal ToS as it outlines what is requried to WIN disputes and what you should do as a seller.
Hope this helps

Hi BobbyBSC, and welcome to the forums!
A claim of unauthorized payment doesn't mean that PayPal thinks that you hacked! I definitely want to clear that up.
Unauthorized payments are a form of identity theft - someone's account has been used without their permission after a successful phishing attack, or someone has used a stolen credit card number. The person paying you is using someone else's money to pay you. When that someone else finds out, they file an unauthorized claim to report the theft. When this happens, the person whose funds were stolen will be covered 100%. At the same time, we also cover our sellers if the guidelines for seller protection have been met. As you can imagine, this means that intangible goods and services are riskier for sellers, as are tangible items that are not sent with delivery confirmation. This is risk that the seller must evaluate to make the best decisions possible for his or her business.
I hope this helps!
Olivia

It only "helps" when PayPal answers your emails and doesn't lie to you on the phone when you DO get someone to talk to you (after shoving you from one person to the next). It only "helps" when they have a good reason for withholding YOUR money when you had done everything as a Seller the way you were suppose to. It only "helps" when after a week of questioning someone gives you an answer and explains why they took your money. It only "helps" when the money is put back into my account where I can access it and pay MY bills. Mostly PayPal doesn't "help" at all....

Cant "help" those who do not "help" themselves...
