resolution center issue

Hi, I am trying to raise a dispute through the resolution center and I keep getting a message saying there is an error at PayPal's end and I cannot get my dispute lodged. Any ideas please?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues filing a dispute through our Resolution Center. Depending on the type of transaction, you may not be able to open a dispute under our Buyer Protection.

 

However, if it is a transaction you can normally file a dispute on, I'd recommend clearing your browser's cache and cookies first. If you're still running into issues after that, you may want to reach out to our Customer Support teams for further assistance. 

 

You can reach Customer Support by clicking Contact and then Message Us at the bottom of the PayPal website. They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
