I recently fell for a scam where a person offered me to fix my instagram account and i payed him. I know its kind of stupid but still i want my mone yback, i have no way of contacting this person. I tried filing a case but the only option given to me was unauthorized transaction instead of refund or dispute. I really need help. thanks
