I paid a retailer with Paypal. Paypal is linked to my credit card. I filed a dispute against the retailer with my Credit Card. In the meantime, the retailer refunded my money to Paypal on Dec 21. Paypal says regarding the dispute status: "Please be informed that if the case is filed with the financial institution, then they only can help you with the dispute status. Thanks for your patience and understanding. -Hari I called my credit card company....Credit Card company said: • No that is not true. Once they send the credit to us, we immediately post it to your account.
So who is lying....the money was given back to PayPal and Paypal has NOT credited my account!
