greetings. there were 10 online transactions made with my card in another state. dispute resolution says there is evidence that physical card was used. but that is not the case since i am in possession of the card and the transactions occurred in another state...about 6 of them are from 7-11 all for $100 and within 24 hours of each other [march 31]. i lost $800 unless the dispute resolution can be set upon a more factual basis. i did phone them and after 2 hours was told the case 'was not ended' and that i needed to send a statement with a policeman's signature to satisfy mastercharge's suspicions. it is all a bit much for me and i'd be grateful if anyone might be able to suggest a way to resolve this fraudulent activity on a paypal debit/mastercharge card. thanks very much and best wishes. @
