I noticed two transactions that I don't recognize and when I tried to inform paypal of this I got the message "you cannot dispute the transaction of this type" What do I do?
So everyone said they did too, but where is the solution to the problem? Why can I not dispute an obvious fraud? I was scammed and am trying to stop the transaction from going through.
