I sold for the first time on Ebay to a buyer in China and the say they didn't receive the iPad. the item is stuck in Beijing China since August and now payPal sided in favor with them and paid them $427??? And my account is now negative?? my item is not back with me and they want me to be responsible for the cost?? NO its not right and the buyer has a review on Ebay saying he's done this before to not trust him, I saw this afterwards. Plaeae help??

Sorry but if the buyer hasn't received the item then surely he should be refunded?
The onus on taking out any insurance that you can claim from if the item gets lost in the post is up to you.
Advice is voluntary.
