credit with limited account.

My paypal account has recently been restricted due to me being over the allowed limit for payment in to my account via ebay sales.

As I am using Paypal credit and have a small outstanding balance which is being paid off regularly I am wondering if I would still be allowed more paypal credit while my account is still restricted?

I am having difficulty proving my ID as I do not own a passport, driving licence or other permissable type of photo ID.

If your account is restricted due to limits you may not even be able to send payment for buying so...

Thanks for the reply.

When I looked at my account info and my paypal credit balance it still states that i have available credit.

I have sent an email to paypal to discuss this and to work around the issue of ID.

(An earlier email in december was not answered).
