broken paypal website won't let me "upload tracking" for a dispute

whenever i try and add it, i get through filling it all in and click submit only to be left with;

rung paypal, spoke to usual non english speaker (no offence but they are clueless) who claims they will add the tracking for me, yet when i go back to the resolution center, still says "need buy response", then later in the day i get a reminder email to add tracking.

 

ffs. why can't you ever get through to someone who actually knows what to do? all the script reading agents on the phone are useless.

employ some real customer support people and get them to actually help customers.

 

sigh..
