Buyer has not sent my parcel yet.
Payment for goods was done on the 23rd August 2019.
Buyer refuses to answer my calls and messages.
I've opened a dispute and escalated to paypal.
Can somebody please talk me through the next step?

In general, refunds are credited to what ever payment method that was used to make the original purchase. You do not have your country listed on your profile, so I cannot give you an exact time frame for any bank transfers, but the following link to our US help Center should help:

What dispute did you open?
Have you escalated it to a claim?

Sorry i meant the seller has not sent my parcel or tracking number.
Yes i have opened a depute and escalated to Paypal.

Then you just wait for paypal to sort it for you. They allow time for the seller to provide a tracking number.

This is a community forum and no one not even the mods can see into your paypal account to check your country.
You need to either add it to your COMMUNITY profile so when we hover over your username it shows country and account type OR say in your post what country you are in.
